Green Grapes
Did you know that grapes that are eaten are called table grapes and are a different variety to wine grapes or raisin grapes? Well, now you do! The grapes in our Grape, Chai Tea & Mint Sorbet are pulsed whole to retain the fibre in the skins so you get all the antioxidant goodness without the pulpy texture. Grapes are classified as having a low glycemic index too which means they breakdown into sugar more gradually, giving you a longer energy release … great if you need a burst of energy before you hit the gym or break-out the hoover!
